Move, breathe, pause. This seasonally inspired class is structured using the ashtanga standing series as a framework for a fluid practice, incorporating postures and sequences best suited for each season. This breath-focused class gives the practitioner space to dive into the moment through the body. Each class has 45 minutes of active movement, 5 minutes of breath work, and 10 minutes of guided rest, providing a well-rounded practice. Recordings of the class are available on request. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners looking to refine their practice.
