Led Ashtanga Flow Power Hour is a small group led class (max 6 students) where our experienced teachers guide you through an invigorating and flowing practice of accessible postures from the Ashtanga vinyasa yoga sequence, with specific attention to proper alignment and breath. The class includes standing, seated, back-bending, and accessible inverted postures, and ends with a grounding rest period, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
