As a holistic life coach, I use my skills and experience in coaching, yoga, and meditation instruction to help my clients discover the best version of themselves.

My passion is to help people find what lights them up, then, with practical tools and guidance, help them find the courage and inner motivation to pursue that.

My many years of experience in teaching and my education in religious studies combine to give me a unique broad-ranging perspective and an ability to connect with people.

Cost

$45 – Workshop registration. Those with current monthly membership are welcome to participate in led primary series class from 9:00am – 10:30am before the workshop. After registering for the workshop, click here to RSVP for led primary series class.

$60 – Those without a monthly membership can join the led primary series class from 9:00am – 10:30am and participate in the workshop from 11:00am – 1:00pm for $60. After registering for the workshop, click here to RSVP for led primary series class.
