Loading Classes

This class blends two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with the benefits of more dynamic energizing postures. The class begins with Yin yoga, where postures are held longer to work on joints and deep connective tissue, while calming the mind. The class then moves into an active Yang practice, a vinyasa-like style, with flow and movement to get the blood flowing and build strength and stamina. The class ends with grounding postures and rest. This well-rounded class is designed for all levels, from beginner to expert.
