This class explores the less active or Yin side of yoga. By holding postures for 1-5 minutes in a supported passive way, you will gain greater access to the deeper tissues of ligaments, facial networks and joints. Many options will be given to allow this class to work for all bodies. The challenge is to mindfully and intentionally do as little as possible and allow some time to reset.
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
